RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

2. HAIR PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, hair products, wigs, extensions, bundles, and other hair-related products that have been worn, washed, altered, cut, colored, bleached, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

If we sent you an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate solution.
5. REFUNDS
